1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using blogrr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

2. Account registration

To create a blog you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes. blogrr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content ownership

You own everything you write. By publishing content on blogrr, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account. We will never claim ownership of your writing. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal under applicable law;
• Distribute spam, phishing material, or unsolicited commercial communications;
• Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate any person or group;
• Upload or share malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or network;
• Scrape or automatically collect data from the platform without written permission.

blogrr reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders without prior notice.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, without liability to you. Upon termination, your public blog and posts will be taken offline. We will retain data for up to 30 days to allow for dispute resolution, then delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. blogrr does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, blogrr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
